2023 MAZDA CX-30 Trim Level Breakdown

The 2023 Mazda CX-30 is a fairly new compact crossover, having made its debut in 2019 as a middle-of-the-road option between the Mazda CX-3 and Mazda CX-5. If you’re not familiar with this model’s trim levels and options, you’re not alone! Here’s a helpful guide to the available trims and their respective features.
MAZDA CX-30 2.5 S
The 2.5 S is the base trim, and it’s the go-to option for budget-minded buyers. There are still plenty of inclusions that come standard, making it more than viable for beginner and seasoned motorists alike. For starters, all-wheel drive comes standard, as do safety features like lane-keep assist and lane-departure warning.
MAZDA CX-30 2.5 S Select
The 2.5 S Select slots above the base trim. With it comes several additional upgrades, including beefier 18-inch alloy wheels and the brand’s Advanced Key feature that automatically unlocks the door when it senses the driver’s hand touching the handle. Other notable features include side-mirror turn signals and tinted rear windows.
MAZDA CX-30 2.5 S Preferred
The Preferred trim builds on the Select. It has everything from the Select trim, plus a power moonroof and tilt-in-reverse memory side mirrors. The exterior also has a sportier feel with the addition of gloss black accents.
MAZDA CX-30 2.5 S Carbon Edition
The Carbon Edition is mainly a cosmetic upgrade that includes 18-inch black alloy wheels and Polymetal Gray paint. The interior is graced with red leather upholstery, giving it a racecar vibe.
MAZDA CX-30 2.5 S Premium
This is the most luxurious Mazda CX-30 trim. You’ll have the choice between white and black leather upholstery. This trim introduces a power liftgate and paddle shifters positioned on the steering wheel.
