Being from out of town (KC region), any potential reservations I had about looking at the vehicle in which I was interested were put to bed after a series of interactive phone calls with Michael Hale at Superior Mazda. His care and attention were immediately noted and would later prove extremely beneficial in my car buying process.Our famlily was looking for a specific pre-owned car that the dealership just happened to have on their lot, and after trying like heck to originally work out a deal in one of Kansas City's many dealer options (no luck at all), I was made to feel at ease with attempting to drive a possible 6.5 hours round trip to look at a car in Bentonville, based on my interactions with Michael as the point person. We were able to successfully negotiate over the phone and come to an initial agreement on price, and therefore my wife and daughter and I made a trip down to Bentonville on a lovely Saturday in May. The car was well represented with only slight issues coming up in terms of vehicle condition that would later be handled by Stephen, the used car sales manager.A very professional gentleman who does not come across at all like a pushy salesman, Stephen and I were able to work out a minor adjustment in terms of cementing our deal and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Stephen was very straightforward and logical in his thoughts and I welcome that when it comes to buying a vehicle.The last person I dealt with was Rusty, the finance manager. Again, a classy demeanor and excellent customer service skills were exhibited in my interactions with this part of the transaction. Although he is incredibly young (mid-late 20s), Rusty carries himself with an air of integrity and professionalism. We shared stories and had got excellent recommendations on where to dine in the area for the evening before we returned to Kansas City the following day.All in all, my experience with Superior Mazda was excellent. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future about making another purchase. Thank you all, Gentlemen!
The BEST customer service ever!!! I’m soooo spoiled by this company! We will be need of another vehicle in 1.5 yrs because we will have a new driver and I won’t go anywhere else but here! From start to finish and normal/regular maintenance they know how to treat a customer right EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Thank you and my family appreciates ALL your efforts
These guys are superb. Unfortunately I have had a few issues with my brand new 2017 CX-5 since I bought it, but they were always willing to take care of me. Always made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. Fast service and excellent car warranty so far. Thank you guys very much.

Mazdas are my favorite. But since I bought my Mazda there, I can have them wash, vacuum and do the windows anytime. Love it.
The whole team over at Superior Mazda took care of me from start to finish. The salesman was great and the GSM took care of us. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
