Great experience and great prices. I went by and looked at a car after hours and really liked the online price and the condition of the car. Called and set up a time to go by and do a test drive with Michael Hale. Great guy, no pressure, just information. Set up another time to bring the wife and kids before I made the final decision. Again, no pressure and Michael didn't mind spending more time showing the car.Decided to buy, came in on my day off, went through the paperwork. Was such a pleasant experience compared to past experiences. We had everything done and sale completed in about 90 minutes from when I pulled onto the lot until I drove off. In the process of test driving we found a vent that didn't open, Michael had the car scheduled into the shop the very next business day after I bought it to get that fixed at no cost. He also set me up with a loaner that day and had everything all set up for my arrival. It was so convenient that I wasn't even delayed getting to work and was able to come back and pick it up on my lunch break and it didn't inconvenience me at all. I highly recommend you talk to Michael Hale if you are looking at buying a Mazda or one of their really nice used cars.
Came here for a recall on my airbag. Was told it was going to be a hr and half. They were done in 30. The tech even took a few mins to answer a question I had about the car. Thank you for the good customer service. Keep up the good work
I had a problem with my key fob, which no longer seemed to be working right. The service department team were very all very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule. I called late in the day to schedule an appointment, and was given the first slot of the next day! I couldn’t be more pleased. Having worked in the auto industry for several years in the past, I know a service department can make or break an entire dealership. These guys are top notch, and I highly recommend Superior Mazda! They do grea5 work and treat you right. . Incidentally, my 2008 Mazda CX-9, which I have had, and enjoyed for a number of years, has been one of the most trouble-free vehicles I’ve ever owned. I’ve kept it this long because it is such a great car, When I do repalace itt, guess what brand I’ll be buying, and where I’ll go? You guessed right!
Finally got an issue resolved after two months and three service managers
James was an amazing salesman. He was friendly, and I didn’t feel like he was pushy about buying something. Excellent experience working with him. Joe in financing was also very nice and finalized all paper work for us quickly.
