Brianna was so kind to us, we went there to look at a used CX-5, we drove it, but it wasn’t what we wanted. she listened to us about what we did not like while we were driving it. when we got back from the test drive she went and got another car and it was perfect!!! still a CX-5 but it had a moon/sun roof, and really nice interior!! Buying a car online can be nerve wracking, especially from 1000 miles away. Rex and Superior Mazda made it a seamless experience which was accurate, quick and easy. Rex was extremely responsive to numerous asks and shared pictures and videos (unasked) of every blemish on the car. Car arrived clean and in as advertised condition. Im in St Louis. Been working with Ivan on a miata. The one I originally wanted got away . But Ivan is on it trying to get me into another unit . Going above and beyond what a normal salesperson does. Especially to an out of state buyer. We haven't closed a deal yet , but do to his motivation im sure we will. I bought a used Hyundai Palisade. Jacob Willson texted me with infinite patience for the days leading up to the sale. I’m a teacher and could never get away to actually make a phone call, but he didn’t give up on me! lol Everything was completely transparent along the way, with a CarFax and repair sheet sent as well. No pressure, ever! I live almost 4 hours away, and we had everything lined up ahead of time and ready to go besides signatures and a test drive. I was in and out with my new car in an hour.

My back was against the wall. I needed a car in a hurry. I live in Greenwood. Brandon walked me through the prelims over my phone. Jesus did the financial lifting. I had a down payment done on a very nice Nissan Rogue before I ever left Greenwood. All I had to do when I arrived at the dealership was test drive, sign documents, and thank both of them for helping me out.
Denver was very helpful at Mazda and did well about communicating with me what was going on and updates that I needed! I would definitely work with the Mazda team again. They were all very kind!
