Mazda MX-5 at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Mazda wants to offer a complete experience for the visitors of this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed. Mazda's campaign at the Goodwood Moving Motor Show will present the oportunity for fans to possibility drive the MX-5 model up the famous Hill climb, also, with the MX-5 race car offering passenger rides.
The Japanese automaker also prepared a real-world-sized track to celebrate the MX-5's 20th anniversary. The track will feature all the generations of the roadster.
According to the press release: The Mazda MX-5 Superlight concept will make its UK debut at Goodwood, taking part in the Supercar run. The vehicle, which was unveiled at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, was created to showcase the automaker's technology.
The Mazda MX-5 makes extensive use of carbon fiber and aluminum, tipping the scales at 995 kg (144 kg lower than the production MX-5) and is powered by a 125 hp 1.8 liter MZR engine.
